All our units has an electronic ballast (Advance Purevolt Electronic Ballasts -Featuring Intellivolt / EOL Protection) and has an indicator LED to see if unit is on. All Our bulbs are germicidal UVC and put out 253.7NM which means that they are 99% efficent on a single pass. Super easy installation !!! Installation is very easy 15 min or less, just cut 2 holes of 1 inch in your duct-work (template included) , slip the lamp inside and attach the aluminum strips (included in box) And plug it in, 9 ft cord

These "NEW" Total Home, air sanitizers utilize dual 254nm lamps which are easily placed in the intake side of your existing heating/cooling system or directly above the AC coil. Germicidal ultraviolet (UV-C) lamps are proven to be the most effective tool for eliminating microorganisms such as virus, bacteria, algae, mold and yeast in the air. UVC Germicidal lamps are scientifically proven to kill 99.9% of airborne germs.
1) Mark holes from the template included
2) Drill two 2¡± holes for the bulbs
3) Plug bulbs into the unit
4) Place unit onto duct
5) Install with 4 sheet metal screws
6) Plug unit into any grounded 120v outlet (up to 277v)
7) Turn it on and your DONE

All units have an on-off switch with built in circuit breaker. All necessary hardware and instructions.
